Ingredienser

  • 2 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 8 oz. bar german chocolate
  • 2/3 cup butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
  • flaked coconut

Instruktioner

  1. Beat eggs and sugar together.
  2. Add flour and continue beating.
  3. Melt chocolate and butter together and allow to cool.
  4. Add chocolate mixture to egg mixture and mix well.
  5. Add vanilla and pecans and stir.
  6. Pour into a greased 9-inch pie plate.
  7. Sprinkle with coconut.
  8. Bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
  9. Optional: use your favorite egg and sugar substitute, and you can omit the coconut.
