German Chocolate Pie 2 large eggs 3/4 cup sugar 1/4 cup flour 8 oz. bar German Chocolate 2/3 cup butter 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 cup pecans, chopped Flaked coconut Beat eggs and sugar together; add flour and continue beating. Melt chocolate and butter together and allow to cool. Add chocolate mixture to egg mixture and mix well. Add vanilla and pecans and stir. Pour into a greased 9-inch pie plate. Sprinkle with coconut and bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees. The Skinny: Use your favorite egg and sugar substitute. You can also do without the coconut.
